Sliced chicken breasts stir fried with green chilli and fresh Thai basil leaves

Sliced chicken breasts stir fried with ginger, onions and mushrooms

Sliced chicken breast with pineapple, carrot, spring onions and mushrooms

6. Nuea Phad Nam Man Hoi

Stir fried beef oyster sauce, onions, spring onions and baby corn.

7. Priew Wan Pla or Koong

Fillet of Cod in light batter, stir fried with onion and tomato, pineapple and red pepper in sweet and sour sauce.

Cod fillet in batter stir fried with fresh chilli, mushrooms and broccoli

9. Kai Phad Prik Pow

Chicken with fresh chilli, spring onions mushrooms and celery paste
